Can I Add New Products to My Cart After I Placed My Order?
Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to modify your order after you have placed it. To add new items, please place a new online order. If you would like everything to be shipped together, let us know on the “Cart Note” section at checkout.
What Forms of Payments does CB Designs Accept?
We accept payments from most credit card companies at checkout (Visa, Discover Card, American Express, Mastercard), we also offer the following options: PayPal, Shop Pay, Onepay and Amazon Pay.
How Do I Use My Promo or Discount Codes?
Please enter your Promo / Discount Code at checkout. You will need to copy the code exactly as it appears and then press apply.
Promo codes are only valid at claudiaboterodesigns.com and cannot be used with other promotions.
Promo Codes are not valid on Sale or Discontinued Items, unless otherwise specified.

Will My Favorite Items Come Back in Stock?
In most cases yes! We will do our best to restock the item as soon as we can. Please select the size/color of the product you want and click the “Notify Me” option where it says, “Out of Stock”. We will notify you via email as soon as the item is restocked. Please note that we cannot guarantee that the item you have chosen will be restocked.
How Do I Care for My CB Bags and Do They Have a Weight Limit?
Since all CB Designs Bags are handcrafted and are made from natural fiber and/or recycled plastics there is a weight limit. The weight limit will vary from bag to bag. We ask that you please use your own discretion and do not exceed too much weight on any of the bags.
Our Mexican Plastic Totes can easily be cleaned with a wet cloth, or you can also wash them down with a water hose after a day at the beach. Please use cold water and NEVER place you Mexican Tote Bag near a fireplace or stove. Since these bags are made from recycled plastic, they can melt.
Our Natural Fiber Bags such as our Palma de Iraca Bags, can be cleaned by using a soft chamois cloth and gently rub the surface. This can help restore the shine of the piece, but you must never wash the bag down with water and soap.
Our Wayúu Bags can be handwashed and dried. Please do not machine wash them or put them in the dryer. They will lose their color and shrink.
I Received My Item but it Looks Different from the Image on The Website?
No two pieces are alike. All our products are handcrafted; therefore, the colors, sizes and textures may vary from item to item. You may notice a few imperfections, but this is part of the handmade process and what makes each bag unique.
