Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy. Once you have received your item and are not satisfied you can request a refund. To qualify for a refund, your item must be in the same condition as you received it.

Return and Refund Policy.

First of all, thank you for your purchase, but we understand that sometimes we all change our minds. We accept returned items within 15 days of the delivery date. Please make sure that the item was not used, not worn, unaltered, unwashed and with all the original packaging, tags and labels still attached.

Please remember that all the products of CB Designs are hand-crafted, sometimes by different artisans and the colors, sizes or textures may vary slightly. 

*All sale, promotional, discontinued or gift items are FINAL SALE.

Customers are responsible for the shipping and handling charges for the returned item and/or items. 

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item and let you know if it was approved for a refund. Once approved, we will automatically refund you on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that all banks and or credit card companies have different processing times.  

Exchanges.
If you want to exchange your item, please return your original purchase as soon as possible. Let us know via email the reason for the exchange and what new item you would like to have. Our Costumer Care Team is here to help you hello@claudiaboterodesigns.com

 Please make sure that the item you want to exchange was not used, not worn, unaltered, unwashed and with all the original packaging, tags and labels still attached.

Once we receive the item, we will inspect it to make sure it is in its original condition. If approved, you will receive your new item within 10 business days.
